Hi there! My name is Michael Kusy and I am a highly experienced real estate broker and owner of Evermark Property Group located in Somers, CT. Growing up in Enfield, CT, I've spent a lot of time in both Connecticut and Massachusetts and have a deep appreciation for the local real estate market and its unique opportunities.

I have had the privilege of working with major real estate private equity firms, where I gained valuable investment experience. My passion for real estate extends beyond my professional life, as I have successfully flipped several homes with my father.
